Morming Devotional For Friday 28th September
#1
RHAPSODY OF REALITIES

FRIDAY, 28TH SEPTEMBER.

HE CAME TO DO MUCH MORE.

In whom also we have obtained an inheritance, being predestinated according to the purpose of him who worketh all things after the counsel of his own will (Ephesians 1:11).

There’s a way some people think about Jesus and the Gospel that’s inconsistent with the real purpose for which He came into this world. For some, He came to save us from sin, but He came to do much more than saving us from sin. Delivering humanity from sin, the devil, wickedness and the corrupting influences in the world, was a means to an end. The primary reason Jesus came was to make us sons of God, and bring us into fellowship with the Father.

1 John 3:2 says, “Beloved, now are we the sons of God….” 1 John 1:3 says, “…and truly our fellowship is with the Father, and with his Son Jesus Christ.” This is the glory of Christianity; the consummation of all that Jesus came to do! He made fellowship with God possible. He made it possible for sinful man to become God’s living tabernacle.

It would have been wonderful for us just to be God’s servants or His favoured creatures, but He chose to bring us into oneness with Himself, into His class. Now we have become partakers of the divine nature. This is beyond religion. You’re not an ordinary person; you’re an heir of the Monarch of the universe (Romans 8:17), and a joint-heir with Christ. You’re a member of His body, of His flesh, and of His bones (Ephesians 5:30).

You’re in an inseparable union with Him. You can’t go anywhere or do anything without Him. He said, “I am the vine, ye are the branches…” (John 15:5). We have the same life, nature, and character with Him. Now we can think like Him, because we have the same mind with Him (1 Corinthians 2:16). We can express and manifest His glory and His righteousness, because we’re the epitome of His righteousness, and the effulgence of His glory.

This is Christianity! This is what Jesus came for; He brought life and immortality to light. He came to give us the same life the Father has! Hallelujah.

CONFESSION

Righteous Father, what an awesome blessing it is to know that you’ve brought me into an inseparable union with you. I’m of the same stock with Jesus, and a partaker of His very life; a member of His body, of His flesh, and of His bones. Hallelujah!

FURTHER STUDY:

John 6:47 Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that believeth on me hath everlasting life.

John 10:10 AMPC The thief comes only in order to steal and kill and destroy. I came that they may have and enjoy life, and have it in abundance (to the full, till it [a]overflows).

John 1:10-13 He was in the world, and the world was made by him, and the world knew him not. 11 He came unto his own, and his own received him not. 12 But as many as received him, to them gave he power to become the sons of God, [even] to them that believe on his name: 13 Which were born, not of blood, nor of the will of the flesh, nor of the will of man, but of God.

#AFFIRMATIONTRAIN

28TH SEPTEMBER.

I affirm that the Lord is magnified in my life, and His glory has increased in my life. All things that pertain to life and godliness has been granted me by the Father. I can never be disadvantaged for the favour of God is functioning in and through me. Hallelujah! I am the seed of Abraham, and by extension, the possessor of all things.

I am blessed beyond measure, and everything consistent with the good life: increase, progress, success, fruitfulness, productivity and a life of glory are my birthright. My spiritual antenna is attuned to the right frequency, and the eyes of my understanding are continually opened to recognize those resources, gifts, and talents which the Father has placed at my disposal, so I could be a solution provider, both in my life and in the life of God’s people.

I am anointed for such a time as this, and the Word of God is producing great results in every area of my life. I and the Father are one, thus, the Word in my mouth is living and active, sharper than any two-edged sword, filled with divine energy to turn any situation around for my good. The Word is in my mouth today, and with it, I prevail over circumstances. Glory to God. Hallelujah!

OPEN HEAVENS DAILY DEVOTIONAL

DATE: FRIDAY 28TH SEPTEMBER 2018

THEME: HE WILL SURELY REMEMBER.

MEMORISE:

And the king said, What honour and dignity hath been done to Mordecai for this? Then said the king's servants that ministered unto him, There is nothing done for him. Esther 6:3

READ: Esther 6:1-12

1 On that night could not the king sleep, and he commanded to bring the book of records of the chronicles; and they were read before the king.

2 And it was found written, that Mordecai had told of Bigthana and Teresh, two of the king's chamberlains, the keepers of the door, who sought to lay hand on the king Ahasuerus.

3 And the king said, What honour and dignity hath been done to Mordecai for this? Then said the king's servants that ministered unto him, There is nothing done for him.

4 And the king said, Who is in the court? Now Haman was come into the outward court of the king's house, to speak unto the king to hang Mordecai on the gallows that he had prepared for him.

5 And the king's servants said unto him, Behold, Haman standeth in the court. And the king said, Let him come in.

6 So Haman came in. And the king said unto him, What shall be done unto the man whom the king delighteth to honour? Now Haman thought in his heart, To whom would the king delight to do honour more than to myself?

7 And Haman answered the king, For the man whom the king delighteth to honour,

8 Let the royal apparel be brought which the king useth to wear, and the horse that the king rideth upon, and the crown royal which is set upon his head:

9 And let this apparel and horse be delivered to the hand of one of the king's most noble princes, that they may
array the man withal whom the king delighteth to honour, and bring him on horseback through the street of the city, and proclaim before him, Thus shall it be done to the man whom the king delighteth to honour.

10 Then the king said to Haman, Make haste, and take the apparel and the horse, as thou hast said, and do even so to Mordecai the Jew, that sitteth at the king's gate: let nothing fail of all that thou hast spoken.

11 Then took Haman the apparel and the horse, and arrayed Mordecai, and brought him on horseback through the street of the city, and proclaimed before him, Thus shall it be done unto the man whom the king delighteth to honour.

12 And Mordecai came again to the king's gate. But Haman hasted to his house mourning, and having his head covered.

MESSAGE

One characteristic attribute of our Father in heaven is that He remembers details of past, present and future events. For this reason, it is dangerous to be part of bad events which He has noted down for judgment, because He will surely remember (1 Samuel 15:2-3). The good thing is that he will surely remember your good works also. Today’s Bible reading narrates a classic example of remembrance of good works. On the night before the day when Haman intended to get the king’s permission to hang Mordecai, the God who specializes in remembering and recompensing good deeds took sleep away from the eyes of King Ahasuerus, and he could not sleep no matter how hard he tried. . Naturally, when a person cannot sleep, he or she tries to find something to do. The Lord used this to lead Ahasuerus to open the book of records for Mordecai’s sake. The king found in it that Mordecai had been instrumental to foiling an assassination plot against him. He then asked a question, which serve as food for thought: “What honor and dignity has been done to Mordecai for this?” There is one fundamental lesson that every person, especially children of God, must learn here. It is imperative to always remember every good deed people do to us. A proverb in my native language says, “Failure to appreciate good deeds is like daylight robbery.” I pray that your good works of many years shall be remembered this season, and you shall be honored in Jesus’ Name.

Beloved, learn from the experience of Mordecai that God will always cause people to repay your good deeds. In this regard, the Lord said in Luke 6:38:

“Give, and it shall be given unto you; good measure, pressed down, and shaken together, and running over, shall men give into your bosom. ”

What the Lord is saying here is that God will compel men, even when they are not willing, to bless you for your good deeds. The interesting aspect of Mordecai’s is that the fellow who wanted to get permission to kill him came into the palace court just at the nick of time to be used by the king in honoring this same Mordecai. I pray once again that your enemies shall become your stepping stone to glory in Jesus’ Name. I just want to encourage you to be addicted to good works (Romans 12:9). Many children of God block their way to glory and honor because they are bankrupt of good deeds, even though they are born again. Beloved, good deeds are proof of your encounter with the Master who himself went about doing good (Acts 10:38, James 2:18).

PRAYER POINT:

Father, help me to combine good works with my faith so that I may be like You indeed. Also, please remember me for the past deeds Your Holy Spirit has helped me sow in people’s lives.

*SEEDS OF DESTINY*

FRIDAY 28TH SEPTEMBER 2018

*THE BENEFIT OF ACCESS TO THE VOICE OF GOD*

(FROM THE SEPTEMBER 2018 EDITION OF THE SEEDS OF DESTINY DAILY DEVOTIONAL BY DR. PASTOR PAUL ENENCHE)

SCRIPTURE: The voice of the Lord is powerful; the voice of the Lord is full of majesty. Psalms 29:4

THOUGHT FOR THE DAY: To be out of touch with the Voice of God is to be lost on the journey of life and destiny.

The Voice of God is the compass for life and destiny. That is why one of our greatest assets on earth is access to the Voice of God. Access to the Voice of God was behind the making of principal people in the Scripture. For instance, Moses heard the Voice of God, the patriarchs heard the Voice of God; and that Voice remained a principal asset in their lives’ journey on earth.

Now, the question is, how does God speak?

God can speak audibly to a person or through His Word (The Bible). God also speaks through dreams, revelations, the inward Voice or witness, visions etc. Whenever God speaks, change is guaranteed.

What then are the benefits of hearing the Voice of God?
1. The Voice of God is the Activator of Destiny: Abraham was almost a destitute until God’s Voice came (Genesis 12:1). So, to be out of touch with the Voice of God is to be lost on the journey of life and destiny.

2. The Voice of God is the Container of Power: God’s Voice is pregnant with power (Psalms 29:4). When the Voice of God comes, it empowers a person unto fulfilment. You cannot be connected to God’s Voice and be a weakling in life.

3. The Voice of the Lord is a Weapon for the Battles of Life: One of the weapons for the battle of life is Divine revelation. One revelation from God by His Voice can finish your enemy (Isaiah 30:31).
Beloved, my counsel is, do all you can to hear from God in every area of your life; draw near to God in personal relationship, intimacy, communion and commitment to Him.

Remember this: To be out of touch with the Voice of God is to be lost on the journey of life and destiny.

ASSIGNMENTS:
1. Study the Word of God continually and expectantly; you will hear His Voice in His Word.
2. Acknowledge God in all you do and seek His direction.

FOR FURTHER UNDERSTANDING, GET THIS MESSAGE: THE SECRETS OF SPIRITUAL SENSITIVITY.

PRAYER: Lord, open my ears to hear Your Voice. Open my eyes to see the revelation in Your Word and give me the grace to obey You always, Lord in Jesus’ Name.

QUOTE: God speaks to people who think, not people who worry. Culled from, 10 PRINCIPAL SECRETS OF PRINCIPAL PEOPLE by Dr Paul Enenche.

AMAZING FACT: The Boeing 747 is capable of flying upside-down if it weren’t for the fact that the wings would shear off when trying to roll it over.

DAILY READING: Isaiah 54:1 to 57:14, Ephesians 6:1 to 24, Psalm 70:1 to 5, Proverbs 24:8.

Good morning brothers and sisters......... TODAY Is FRIDAY September 2018 DAY 28 OF ODM devotional booklet for Champions......

TOPIC: WHY HE FOLDED THE NAPKIN!
(JOHN 20:1-10).

Today’s scripture Vs. 7 says: “And the napkin, that was about His head, not lying with the linen clothes, but wrapped together in a place by itself.” Why did Jesus fold the linen burial cloth after His resurrection? The napkin, which was placed over the face of Jesus, was not just thrown aside like the grave clothes (the linen).

Today’s key verse tells us that the napkin was neatly folded, and was placed separately from the grave clothes. The Holy Ghost wants you to also see John 11:44- “And he that was dead came forth, bound hand and foot with grave clothes: and his face was bound about with a NAPKIN. Jesus saith unto them, ‘Loose him and let him go.” HIS HEAD WAS BOUND WITH NAPKIN EVEN WHEN HE ROSE FROM THE DEAD and if anybody had loosed him, he would probably have remained unclosed! But in the case of Jesus Christ, the NAPKIN was neatly WRAPPED TOGETHER by Jehovah God to show the JEWS that against the satanic lies of the rulers at that time, HIS BODY WAS NOT STOLEN, but was well-organized agenda of the ALMIGHTY!

The WELL-FOLDED NAPKIN also showed that if the body had been stolen, those who took it would not have stopped to strip the clothes from it, wrap them up, and lay them in separate places. The well-folded Napkin Shows That Your God Is A Planner! It Shows That Your God Is An Organizer And Your Life Is Not A Mistake! It Shows That “There Is No Panic In Heaven!

“God has no problems, only plans” (Corrie Ten Boom). Yes! Even when you don’t understand all you are passing through, never forget that HE KNOWS YOUR WAY! Don’t bother to give God instructions; just report for duty! He is a NEAT PLANNER! HE FOLDS THE NAPKIN AND HE KNOWS THE FOLDS! Don’t quit now! ( I see 21 MARITALCONNECTIONS COMING OUT OF THE ZAMBIA SERVICE THIS WEEKEND! I see 5 marriages which will be stopped from breaking up)! Be there to stand for others too!

Yes! Tomorrow is Zambia anointing service, 8am! AT: DUNAMIS Christian Center, Off Alick Khata Rd. Behind Football House. Theme: “WEDDING GOWN ROBBERS MUST GO!” Contact: +2609-777-997-50; +2609-777-940-63!

PRAYER POINTS: Take a song of praise to God.

1. Pray about today’s word as led now.

2. The WELL-FOLDED NAPKIN shows that your God is a PLANNER! My Father God! Take away PANIC from me!

3. The WELL-FOLDED NAPKIN shows that your God is an organizer and your life is not a mistake! I return to sender every arrow of SELF-PITY in Jesus name.

4. The WELL-FOLDED NAPKIN shows that “there is no PANIC BUTTON in Heaven!” Lord God, I look up to You to pass me through every battle and thorn along my life’s journey! YOU KNOW THE WAY!

I trust You! I reject WORRY and FEAR! I shall not quit now in Jesus name! Pray in Tongues seriously now!
