Juventus 0-0 Milan (1-1 agg): Juve make it to Coppa Italia final despite Cristiano Ronaldo's penalty failure (photos)
After the two months pause of football due to the Covid-19 pandemic, Italian football resumed on Friday as Juventus cruised to the final of the Coppa Italia on away goals after playing a 0-0 draw with AC Milan.
Â
Before kick-off, both clubs held a minute silence for those who died from COVID-19, while Milan had warmed up in 'Black Lives Matter' shirts.
Â
Â
The two teams drew 1-1 in the first leg of the semi-final at San Siro in February and on Friday night Juventus failed to slot a goal past Milan who played with 10 men for almost 75minutes, with Cristiano Ronaldo's penalty failure almost proving a costly error for the Bianconeri who would have exited the competition if Milan had scored.
Â
Juve will now meet either Inter or Napoli in the final which will be their 19th Copa Itali final appearance, and their 14th Coppa success if they win.
