RHAPSODY OF REALITIES 


WEDNESDAY 6TH JANUARY.



RIGHTEOUSNESS GIVES YOU DOMINION


For if by one man’s offence death reigned by one; much more they which receive abundance of grace and of the gift of righteousness shall reign in life by one, Jesus Christ (Romans 5:17).

The literal translation of the word “reign” in the verse above is to “king” or “be king”; it’s the verb of kingship. So, you could actually say, “They which receive abundance of grace and of the gift of righteousness shall “king” or “be kings” in life by Jesus Christ.”



Revelation 1:6 says He’s made us kings and priests unto God; and what do kings do? They rule and reign; they exercise authority and dominion over their realm. In the opening verse above, we reign in the realm of life.


Righteousness is the divine acquittal by faith, on the basis of the new creation in Christ Jesus. It’s a gift from God to the whole world, activated for those who receive and confess the Lordship of Jesus. They’re the ones to reign in life! The Amplified version says “…they shall reign as kings in life."


Righteousness gives you dominion; righteousness consciousness eliminates guilt, condemnation or inferiority, and places you above Satan and his accusations. It also gives you the boldness and confidence to pray to God and expect answers. You’re unafraid and unashamed before Him, because you have peace with Him through the Lord Jesus Christ (Romans 5:1).


Without an understanding of righteousness, you really can’t live victoriously over the adversary and adversities. You’ll be subject to the elements of this world, whereas you’re meant to rule and reign over them.

Become more conscious that you’re the righteousness of God in Christ Jesus. Stay and live in the Word. Declare in faith, “I’m a king and I reign in righteousness; I’m superior to Satan, his demons and circumstances.” By the power of Jesus Christ, the whole world is subdued before you. You have the dominion over Satan and the rulers of the darkness of this world! Glory to God!



CONFESSION

I’m righteousness-conscious. I have the mastery over circumstances, demons and their manipulations. The angels of God minister in my behalf, even now, for I’ve received an overflowing of God’s grace and I’m made a champion in this life. Hallelujah!

I function today and always from the standpoint of advantage, victory, dominion, and power; for I am conscious of God’s blessings and His life that is at work in me. 


I am guided and propelled by the Spirit of God to walk in the supernatural, thereby, fulfilling my destiny in Christ. Hallelujah! My life is programmed by God, and no hindrance is powerful enough to stop me from making progress.


 I am a fruitful branch, I am connected to a source that
can never run dry. Hallelujah! My hands are blessed, and whatever I do prospers! No matter how I start, it won’t take me long, I will become number one because of the blessing of the Lord that is at work in me. 



Today and always, I relish these supernatural blessings that God has lavishly bestowed upon me to excel, prosper, succeed, and make progress in every area of my life. Blessed be God. Hallelujah

THEME: NOTHING HIDDEN.
 
 
MEMORISE:
 
For nothing is secret, that shall not be made manifest; neither anything hid, that shall not be known and come abroad.        Luke 8: 17
 
 
 
READ:  Luke 12:1-3
 
 
1In the mean time, when there were gathered together an innumerable multitude of people, insomuch that they trode one upon another, he began to say unto his disciples first of all, Beware ye of the leaven of the Pharisees, which is hypocrisy.
 
2 For there is nothing covered, that shall not be revealed; neither hid, that shall not be known.
 
3 Therefore whatsoever ye have spoken in darkness shall be heard in the light; and that which ye have spoken in the ear in closets shall be proclaimed upon the housetops.
 
 
 
MESSAGE:
 
 
Many years ago, a man who had a chronic illness was advised to see me for prayers. I prayed for him but nothing happened, so I asked God why that was so. God told me to ask, him about something he did at a particular stage of his life. When I did, the man was shocked, and he opened up on a secret he thought was well kept.
 
Several years before, he had committed a crime and was due to be convicted due to the testimonies of some witnesses. He knew this, so he hatched a plan. Since the witnesses were to come to court by boat, he arranged for their boat to capsize and they all drowned. He then made sure that alI the people he sent to wreck their boat were also killed. He was eventually acquitted of the initial crime and he lauded himself for covering his tracks excellently. It came as a shock to him seeing the incident spring up again. Obviously, he did not know of God's word in Proverbs 11:21 which says:
 
"Though hand join in hand, the wicked shall not be unpunsihed: but the seed of the righteous shall be delivered."
 
 
He thought the crimes had been covered, but there he is suffering the repercussions. Everything you do today is a seed that will produce fruits in due time. It does not matter how much you try to bury it, one day, it will spring forth and everyone will see the harvest of your secrets.
 
 
Stop stealing, stop committing adultery/fornication, stop watching pornography and put an end to every ungodly habit in your life today. No matter how hard you try to hide these sinful acts they will be revealed someday· Indeed, there is nothing hidden that will not be revealed.
 
In any case, the people you are pretending for don't have the power to send you to Heaven or hell. Whatever they think of you does not affect your eternity.The One who will Judge you at the end of time knows even the thoughts of your heart,  so stop pretending and start disciplining yourself to do the right
thing always.
 
I would rather expose my sins to men and make it to Heaven than look holy to men and end up in hell. Since I cannot hide my sins from God I would rather not commit sin at all. Make up your mind to stay away from sin today.

What will you gain if everyone thinks you are holy on earth and you end up in hell?

 *TOPIC: THE RESPONSIBILITY FOR EXCELLENCE* 
 
?️There can be no possibility without responsibility. Nothing can be glorious in life until someone is serious.

 *SCRIPTURE* ?: Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father which is in heaven. Matthew 5:16

 *THOUGHT FOR THE DAY* ?: There can be no possibility without responsibility.

In life, possibility answers to responsibility. There can be no possibility without responsibility. Nothing can be glorious in life until someone is serious.

In the same manner, it takes responsibility to arrive at excellence. In order to be a person of excellence in your generation like Daniel, you must accept responsibility like Daniel. It takes responsibility to stand out for God in your generation. 

This is necessary because the road you follow determines the place you end; and to follow the right road is to end at the right place. You cannot follow the wrong road and end at the right place. This means, to arrive at the place of excellence in life, there is a road or pathway to follow. 

God’s servant, Bishop David Oyedepo once said, “For every rise, there is a price”. It is not possible to rise as a star in the kingdom of God without a price. For every product, there is a process. Nobody rises anywhere by chance; people rise by paying the price. 

It is very important to know this because many people wish to stand out in life but they are not ready to accept the responsibility to be excellent. Refusal to accept responsibility is one reason why many people are where they are in life. If you know what to do and you are ready to accept the responsibility, you will move from where you are to where you want to be. 

My counsel is, make up your mind to accept the responsibility for excellence this year so you can stand out in life.
