Wife Omitted From Obituary After Killing Husband And Children In Benue. Photos


Here is the obituary of the family who was wiped out following a domestic violence in Benue state. The man identified as Mr. Nicholas Adetsav was found dead with his children at their home in Vandeikya street in Makurdi, Benue state capital.

The man who was a administrative staff of the local government service commission, was said to have been killed by his wife after an undisclosed disagreement.

It was alleged that the wife who went on rampage, damaged the vehicle belonging to her husband before killing her husband and children. The woman also killed herself, according to reports.

The wife was omitted from the obituary as the rest of the family members are set o be buried on Friday, November 16th at their hometown in Gwer-East local government of Benue state.

Family Rejects Corpse Of Woman Who Killed Husband And Children In Benue. Photos


Mr. Nicholas Adetsav and his three children have been finally laid to rest. They were buried amid tears on Monday, November 19th at their hometown in Gwer-East local government of Benue state.

It was gathered that the villagers refused the wife, Rachel to be buried along with the rest of the family after it was alleged that she killed her husband, three children before finally killing herself. 

According to reports, late Nicholas Adetsav and his children were taken to Tse-Adetsav, Mbavur, Mbahimin, Gbemacha Ward Gwer-East Local Government for final burial where the husband's family and other villages rejected her corpse which they labelled an abomination.

Four corpses were buried in the family compound instead of five. 

The wife was initially omitted from the previous obituary as the rest of the family members were scheduled to be buried on Friday, November 16th before she was included in the updated poster.
