Rivers-based show promoter allegedly detained over a year for using four year old boy - Edoman - 10-10-2019 Rivers-based show promoter allegedly detained over a year for using four year old boy's picture on his flyer Port Harcourt-based OAP, Spaceman, took to Twitter today to call for the immediate release of Godwin Stephen, a show promoter in Rivers state who, according to him, has been in a prison in Owerri, Imo state for over a year now.   According to Spaceman, Stephen was arrested for using the photo of a four-year-old boy on his flyer.
