10.Items Every 90's "Cool Kid" Brought To Primary School That Made You Jelous - samxpress9 - 08-18-2017

1. Only the cool kids had this pen with the many faces.

2. This ridiculously large pencil

It still worked like a normal pencil, but in a child's eyes, bigger is always better. *sigh* Such foolishness.
3. This "mechanical" pencil

It was really very fragile and used to break anyhow, but foolishness made us look at it like it was better than the regular pencil.
4. This multipurpose pencil case

5. "Fancy" Erasers

They always smelled great, and they tasted great too! Yes, I think I ate a few in my day. Please don't judge me.
6. "Fancy" Mathematical Set

Even if it didn't look so fancy, so long as it didn't look like the "local" Oxford Mathematical sets, we always started at it with so much longing.
7. "Fancy" Sharpeners

Okay, these ones were really cool cause we could sharpen pencil without having to go to the dustbin. So yes, being jealous of this stationery should be allowed.
8. "Fancy" ruler

Somehow we felt like any ruler that wasn't a wooden, yellow ruler was definitely better. Stupid. So stupid.
9. Matching lunch box and water bottle

I used to pack my lunch in a bag and look longingly at all the cool kids having lunch with their matching lunch box sets. Then I would console myself with the fact that they didn't know book and I did so I was better than them even know I didn't have matching lunch box.
10. "Fancy" sneakers

Lord knows I was hopelessly jealous of the kids that came to school with these shoes. The thing will just be shinning and flashing anyhow.

I only used the mathematical set because it was the only one with "second hand value" according to my parents, and then math set was handed to who ever needed it in the family and when it gets to your hand do well to keep it safe or else........... you know the rest
