Nollywood actress, Omotola Jalade seems to be on a roll as she takes on yet another movie project. There seems to be no stopping the talented actress since her return to the big screen after her three years hiatus.
The screen goddess, who recently thrilled movie lovers in her come-back movie, 'Alter Ego' and whose exceptional performance in her just released movie, 'Tribunal', has embarked on yet another movie journey titled 'Shadow Parties', a movie directed by the respected filmmaker, Yemi Amodu.
Omotola Jalade recently met with the brilliant Yemi Amodu to sign the contract of the new movie in Ikeja. There's no doubt that the duo, who are respectively one of the very best in their fields, are cooking something worth seeing.
Dotted with love and inter-communal marriages, "Shadow Parties" encapsulates the endless political intrigues that would later transform into blood business of arms and ammunitions and of course the killings of innocent residents. The movie is an adaptation of the untold stories of communal wars in Nigeria.
From the stables of De Saint Vision Limited production, "Shadow Parties" is written by Yemi Amodu, an astute dramatist, producer and a director. He has paid his dues in the Nigerian movie industry and has couple of great movies to his credit. Known to have excelled in his field, Yemi Amodu is set to create magic with 'Shadow Parties' alongside the delectable actress, Omotola Jalade and a host of others.
The Nollywood actress has remained one of the biggest faces of the thriving Nigerian film and movie industry and has, through her roles, talents and creativity, helped to define and shape the Industry to what we have today. Having seen the passion and level of professionalism from Omotola Jalade, a new movie project is undauntedly welcome.
'Shadow Parties' is one of the movies that benefited from the Bank of Industry's Nollyfund project.
