Amfani 8 Da Shan Ruwan Dumi Ke Yi Ga Lafiyar Jikin Dan Adam

Likitoci da dama sun gudanar da bincike kan amfanin shan ruwan dumi inda suka shawarci jama’a da su yawaita shan ruwan dumi musamman da safe kafin a karya don bunkasa  karin karfin jikin dan Adam.

Likitocin dai sun bayana wasu amfani da shan ruwan dumi ke yi a jikin mutum wanda suke kamar haka;
1. Shan ruwan dumi na hana tsufa da wuri.

2. Yana taimakawa wajen gaggauta narkar da abinci da wuri .

3. Yana kawar da laulayin da ke zuwa wa mata a lokacin al’ada.

4. Yana taimaka wa mutum wajen yin bayan gida tare fidda dattin jiki musamman.

5. Yana kawar da kaikayin makogworo.

6. Yana taimakawa wajen rage kiba tare da inganta bangarorin jiki.

7. Shan ruwan dumi na rage murdewan ciki.

8. Yana kawar da ciwon sanyi da mura.
