According to the story shared by a Nigerian man Engr Abel from Benue state,he was beaten by a soldier for asking him not to urinate in front of his shop.Below is what he wrote... 

'I hv been beaten by nigerian army on monday jst because ask hm nt to urinate in de front of my shop on saturday pray for ma quick recovery frns'
