How should customer support be organized in a good business? I want to provide high-quality, fast, 24/7 assistance to my clients, because I know how important it's when a business is as client-oriented as possible, but I'm just an owner of an online store that increases its sales and doesn't yet have enough money to create a support center. I found outsource services. I read on their website how it works and I think it's a good idea, what do you think?
