Dear Nigerians,

@NNPCgroup has spent a total of N648.82BN on pipeline maintenance in 5.5years

This is more than the capital allocation to the Health Sector (N617.56BN) in 13years

Pipeline vandalism is bleeding the country dry.

This is preposterous!
