Nigerian porn star, Kingtblakhoc has explained why he is always looking dirty and unkempt. 
 
The porn star was dragged into an Instagram exchange with a follower who told him that it takes nothing to look good. 
 
The follower wrote;

However reacting to the comment, Kingtblakhoc disclosed that he has Attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD),  a mental health disorder that can cause above-normal levels of hyperactive and impulsive behaviors. 
He wrote;
