BBNaija Pepper Dem Reunion airs throughout June, says Ebuka


Big Brother Naija reality Tv show host, Ebuka Obi-Uchendu has announced that BBNaija Pepper Dem Reunion show will air throughout the month of June, 2020.

Valid Updates recalls that organizers of the reality Tv show, MultiChoice via its @bigbronaija and @dstvnigeria Instagram pages made it official that the Reunion Show premieres today, June 1, 2020.

Ebuka, in a posted shared on his verified Instagram page Monday evening reiterated that Pepper Dem Reunion runs every Mondays to Thursdays on DStv Channels 153 and 154, GOtv Channel 2 at 10 pm and 10:30 pm throughout June.

He wrote;
“It’s almost premiere time!!!
Starting tonight, tune in to the #PepperDemReunion everyday from 10pm WAT on DStv channels 153 & 154 (and GOtv 2). It’s going to be a spicy ride throughout June. Can you spot your fav???”

Meanwhile, a question came from a follower in the comment section on why not all the reality stars are present at the studio as shown in the picture above.
Ebuka replied; “@ofunecca We’ll have everyone as we go along. Couldn’t fit everyone in the studio with what the world is currently going through”

Day 1: BBNaija Pepper Dem Reunion: Housemates define Khafi using facial expression


Guess who were Khafi’s closest allies in the house during the 2019 show. We bet you’ll guess wrongly or may be mention Tacha.

But surprisingly, this Day 1 Reunion video where the housemates were asked to define Khafi using facial expression was nothing predictable.

Did you recall few weeks ago in May, 2020 when Jackye was asked by a fan on Instagram if she was still friend with Khafi, and she publicly stated that she doesn’t like snakes. WHAT?? Well, not surprising, at least going by the fact we’re humans.

Day 2: BBNaija Pepper Dem Reunion: ‘I wasn’t in the house for the money’ – Jackye tells Ebuka


This is the Day 2 of the Big Brother Naija Pepper Dem Reunion and it’s already getting more interesting like earlier predicted. Though, the real ‘gbas gbos’ is on the way.

Valid Updates came across some high notes of the night which included housemate Jackye Madu telling the host, Ebuka Obi-Uchendu that she wasn’t gunning for the prize during the show in 2019.

Someone may wonder what she was doing if it wasn’t all about the cash prize and probably the SUV and other promised valuables.

Well, Jackye told Ebuka that she was there to let people know there is someone like Tech Queen. More like pursuing a dream, Jackye noted that her mind wasn’t channelled to going home with the N30 million cash prize and other valuable prizes worth a 2nd N30 million.

Jackye stated in quote, “My own concept. And definitely, I wasn’t even gunning for the Ultimate prize. I just wanted an opportunity for people to see a tech queen. Right? And I got that. That’s only what I wanted.”

BBNaija reunion: Tacha has insecurity issue – Kim, Venita

Ex-BBNaija housemate, Kim Oprah has lashed out at Tacha for displaying high level of insecurity during the ‘Pepper Dem’ season.

Kim claimed that Tacha’s was constantly bragging just to suppress other housemates because she lacked confidence and security around her.


The second season of #BBNaijaReunion started on Monday with former housemates of the ‘Pepper dem’ edition present alongside the official host, Ebuka Obi-Uchendu.

When asked of which housemate bragged the most in the house, Kim told Ebuka that it was Tacha.
According to her, Tacha’s behaviour of bragging about her fans and how other housemates escorted her to the reality show proved she had insecurity issue.

Kim added that Tacha had not learnt despite her disqualification from the show.

Kim, talking to Tacha, said: “Your insecurity makes you speak like you have made it .
“You said you’ve learnt, but you haven’t. You brag and make others look like nothing, meanwhile, we did not see the evidence.


“It was very rude for Tacha to say the housemates escorted her into the house.

“You left, you were not better! You were disqualified!”
Venita, one of the ex-BBNaija housemate also agreed with Kim, stressing that Tacha has insecurity issue, and had no confidence.

“Tacha is always reflecting on her insecurity which is always making her arrogant and intimidated all the time,”Venita added.

Recall that Mercy Eke won the 2019 edition of BBNaija. It was the first time a female contestant emerged winner of the reality show.

BBNaija Reunion: Khafi removed from Pepper Dem Whatsapp group over comments on Ella’s ‘mistreatment’






Ex-BBNaija ‘Pepper Dem’ housemate, Khafi kareen has reacted to her removal from the ‘Pepper Dem’ WhatsApp group, hours after she expressed her displeasure over how Ella was treated and how toxic the reunion show has become.

DAILY POST reported that Ex-BBNaija ‘Pepper Dem’ housemates on Monday night accused Ella of pulling a publicity stunt and being deceitful concerning her mother’s health.

The accusations from the housemates which made Ella to break down in tears sparked a lot of reactions from some Nigerians who were of the opinion that they wouldn’t have dragged her like that on a public show.
 
Reacting, khafi took to her Twitter account on Tuesday to express her disgust over the way the other housemates treated Ella.

She also said that she has decided not to be uploading a diary session in response to BBNaija Reunion, stating that the show was becoming toxic.

BBNaija Reunion: Omashola apologises for calling Mercy prostitute[VIDEO]

Drama ensued on Wednesday night during the BBNaija Reunion show.

It all started after BBNaija official host, Ebuka Obi-Uchendu asked Omashola why he called Mercy names during his conversation with Seyi.
Omashola in response said he was angry on that particular day and unintentionally called Mercy a prostitute.

This did not go down well with Mercy as she flared up and got into an argument with Omashola.
After some minutes of exchanging harsh words, Omashola apologized to Mercy and begged her fans on national Tv.

BBNaija Reunion: How Venita, others made Ella to break down in tears [VIDEO]






Ex-BBNaija ‘Pepper Dem’ housemates on Monday night accused Ella of pulling a publicity stunt and being deceitful concerning her mother’s health.

DAILY POST recalls that Ella, few months after the reality show took to her Instagram page, demanding for financial help over her mother’s health.

She disclosed that her mum was to undergo surgery for an undisclosed illness and some Nigerians donated to the cause.

Speaking to Ebuka Obi-Uchendu, BBNaija official host, Venita said Ella was the most deceitful housemate especially with regards to her mother’s health.
According to her, Ella should have approached the housemates on their WhatsApp group concerning her mother’s health first rather than running to social media, asking for help and making them to look bad.

Venita told Ella: “I suspect strongly you are very deceitful and I believe she’s bipolar. You do not know which Ella you’re going to get and I’m fed up with that.
“After she posted about her mother’s health, she started balling and went mute on all of us which I saw as a publicity stunt.

Sir Dee, who was also present on the show last night agreed with Venita, adding that he felt disappointed that Ella did not approach them first when her mother had health issues.

Mercy, KimOprah, Diane also contributed to the conversation, adding that Ella sidelined everyone after she received funds for her mother and went ahead to shoot her music.

In response, Ella who broke down in tears admitted having messed up in the past but does not regret her actions.

“I might have messed up, but I don’t regret anything now because my mother is breathing.


“My Mother was really ill. She had a growth and I did not lie about that. I might mess up but I’m trying to build my career.

BBNaija reunion: Nigerians attack Venita, Mercy, ex-housemates for ‘disgracing’ Ella on national TV





Some of Ex-BBNaija ‘Pepper Dem’ housemates have come under attack for describing Ella as deceitful and pretentious.

Drama on Monday night ensued during the BBNaija Reunion show after the official host, Ebuka Obi-Uchendu, asked the housemates to mention who betrayed them the most.

Most of the housemates in attendance on the show; Mercy, Venita, Sir Dee, KimOprah, Diane mentioned Ella.

Venita making reference to how Ella pulled a stunt on them regarding her mother’s health described Ella as deceitful with bipolar disorder.
Other housemates also accused Ella of being deceitful because she ignored them after they contributed for her mother’s health condition.

According to them, Ella created the impressions to Nigerians that other housemates were not supportive.
This brought a lot of drama to the show last night as Ella broke down in tears while explaining that she had a reason for being unavailable to them.

This did not go down well with Nigerians as some took to their Twitter pages attacking Venita and Mercy for bringing such an issue on national Tv to embarrass Ella.

Big Brother Naija season 4 has been over for months but the beef is not.
 
Former housemate, Thelma took to Twitter to shade Tacha while bragging about her success and she released receipts to give her words weight.
 
Days ago, Tacha took to Twitter to reveal that her power banks sold out in 2 hours. After her revelation, "Tacha Sold Out" trended on Twitter.
 

 
Thelma has now gone on Twitter to brag about the success of her business venture while insinuating that Tacha's claim that her merchandise sold out  is "audio".
 
Thelma shared a transfer receipt from her bank showing that she received a transfer of 2.7 million Naira and she wrote: "If your transfer limit is less than 2m in a day ..don’t troll me next time, we are not mates.. I come in peace."
 

 
In a follow-up tweet, she added: "They came 2 my dm asking why I don't shout "audio" SOLD-OUT on my IG business page @lathelma_ The thing is, as a true 9ja woman who knows her way in business, I worry more about RE-STOCKING my inventories than shouting SOLDOUT. Day 11: BBNaija Pepper Dem Reunion: ‘I blocked Tacha because I felt she shades me a lot’ – Mercy tells Ebuka


Mercy told BBNaija host, Ebuka in her one on one with Tacha at Pepper Dem Reunion Show, Day 11 that she blocked Tacha on social media because she felt Tacha throws shades at her most of the time.

Though Tacha denied ever shading Mercy, claiming that almost all her posts are being shared by her management, Mercy also made it clear that she hates social media life and if at all she and Tacha could be seen as besties, there’s need for them to have a heart to heart talk and discussion without involving any camera or going on social media.

Day 11: BBNaija Pepper Dem Reunion: ‘I never threw shade at Mercy’ – Tacha denies, blames her management


Like we earlier noted in our previous article, Tacha told BBNaija host, Ebuka during Pepper Reunion Show, Day 11 that Mercy‘s claim and perceptions that she shades her on social media are all false.

Tacha stated she had never for once at any point in time, put up a post personally on her social media pages to shade Mercy.

In her explanation, Tacha added she’s 101% sure that she never threw any shade at Mercy. Matter of fact, most of her post are being shared by her management and she can say her management does share posts which Mercy may have seen as shade.

It could be recalled Mercy told Ebuka that her relationship with Tacha has a one leg in, one leg out. 

Meaning that both of them are perfectly cool in real life, but on social media, Tacha seems to be very toxic with her lifestyle and it makes (Mercy) to feel true relationship can’t exist between them.

Day 16: BBNaija Pepper Dem Reunion: ‘I love Diane’s personality but her physical appearance is zero to me’ – Tuoyo


Would you like to be reminded of the fact that BBNaija stars, Tuoyo Ideh and Diane Yashim were best of friends, or should we say best of lovers during the 2019 show?

Nonetheless, Tuoyo made it clear to BBNaija host, Ebuka Obi-Uchendu during the Pepper Dem Reunion Show, Day 16 last night, Thursday, June 25 that he never loved Diane while in the house. And does this mean all the close-ups and cuddling were just for the cameras? Hmmm.

Well, our only thought was that Tuoyo had to be plain and he eventually was, even though Diane was downcast hearing such words from a guy she once shared things together with. (Guys are scum), she may have thought.

Day 17: BBNaija Pepper Dem Reunion: Elozonam reveals reason his relationship with Diane ended


One of the ships that sailed during the Big Brother Naija 2019 show was DiaLo ship between Diane Yashim and Elozonam Ogbolu.

But as we all know, the relationship didn’t go as fans had wished and most of them didn’t know the reason it did, even though so many speculations got to give a hint on what was likely the issue.

Now, Elozonam told Ebuka that Diane had always made him feel his trials are erroneous enough not to work out, because she kept on showing the ‘you’re-not-the-one’ attitude. Also, at every point in time, Elozonam says he treated Diane like the Angel she is but there was one person she has all the efforts focused on and that’s Mawuli Gavor.

Diane has always had an undeniable crush on the actor even though she refused mentioning his name during discussion at the Pepper Dem Reunion Show but Ebuka dropped a bombshell by asking “how much of a problem was Mawuli in this?”, insinuating that DiaLo ship must have gone under water because of the actor.

Big Brother Naija 2019 housemate, Thelma Ibemere has challenged her future husband with her chastity saying that the man has to double her bride price.

Thelma, who took to her social media page recently via the micro-blogging platform, Twitter noted that she has never been driven, and this insinuates that she’s still a virgin.

Calling herself a ‘tear rubber’, Thelma added that her bride price has to come in double and with no ease, she wishes her hubby understand all that she meant.

Day 20: BBNaija Pepper Dem Reunion: ‘I really wanted to fight Frodd for trying to snatch Venita’ – Omashola tells Ebuka


While in BBNaija 2019 show, we all got to see how the introduction of Venita who happened to be among last few housemates who came into the house few weeks after the show premiere was a game changer for some male housemates, especially Frodd and Omashola.


During the Pepper Dem Reunion Show, Day 20 on Thursday, July 2, Omashola told BBNaija host, Ebuka how Venita’s presence in the show made him tried to become a force to reckon with.

Omashola noted that after he saw that his colleague, Frodd was also head over heels for Venita, he wasn’t really himself anymore.

He said the only thing that became paramount in his mind was to fight Frodd and make him stop going near Venita who has just luckily come for him.

Also, Omashola remembered cooking in the house for the first time and that was for Venita. And when he brought the food to offer her, he observed that Frodd had already given Venita an ice cream.

So, coming to garden, Omashola saw Veni and Frodd having a good time and he tried signaling him to move away from “his girl”, Frodd insisted telling him to give him 1 minute. And this, Omashola confessed got to his nerves.
