#OsunTribunal has declared PDP Adeleke winner of the Osun election




The Osun State Governorship Election Pet‎ition Tribunal sitting in Abuja is now delivering judgment on the petition filed by the Peoples Democratic Party and its candidate in the September 2018 election, Senator Ademola Adeleke, to challenge the declaration of the All Progressives Congress and its candidate, Gboyega Oyetola, as the winner of the poll.

The Justice Ibrahim Sirajo-led three-man bench began delivering judgment at 10.33am on Friday.



The lead judgment is being delivered by a member of the panel, Justice Peter Obiora.

Popular singer, Davido, has reacted to news of his Uncle, Ademola Adeleke’s victory at the Osun state election tribunal.
 
The tribunal which sat in Abuja today, declared  Ademola Adeleke popularly known as the dancing senator, winner of the September 2018 governorship election in the state and has ordered the incumbent governor, Oyetola Gboyega to vacate office.
