As stakeholders in the global aviation industry gathered in Abuja this week for the World Aviation Forum (WAF) between November 20-22, the Federal Government with Boeing, Airbus and other key players would also discuss key areas of the Aviation Development Master Plan unfolded by the Minister.

Organized by the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) which Nigeria is a member state, the 2017 IWAF is the first to be held outside ICAO headquarters in Montreal, Canada and Nigeria is the first country in the world to host the all - important forum which would bring together who is who is world’s aviation.
For Nigeria, it was an avenue to sell its programmes to global aviation players who have the wherewithal to fund critical projects like the r-fleeting of national carrier, MRO, Aircraft Leasing Company (ALC), among other mega projects being driven by the administration of President Muhammadu Buhari.
