Mercy Eke says she didn’t spend N30m BBNaija prize money, reveals what she did with it
Big Brother Naija 2019 season 4 winner, Mercy Chinenyenwa Eke has just clearly expressed that her N30 million BBNaija prize money is still intact and bigger than what it was when she won the reality show.

This was heard during an Instagram live session with Ugandan Big Brother Africa star, Charles Denzel Mwiyeretsi simply known as Denzel.
Tagged LiveWithDenzel, the live chat featured Mercy Eke during which she opened up about life after BBNaija.
Mercy told Denzel that winning the greatest reality show in Nigeria is something more than an honour. And she’s very grateful having understood how favoured God has made her.
In view of that, Denzel threw a question at Mercy asking she tell him how she handled her prize money which everyone knew to be N30 million (albeit, N60 million was total worth of prizes for the show winner).
According to her, the money is still intact and literally, it is now bigger than what it was, thanks to Heritage Bank who advised her on how she could handle such amount of money.
Mercy’s words read, “I’ve been working really really hard lately. God has been amazing and I can probably say the money is still intact.
“Yes, the money was a motivation for me because you know, a lot of people from here and there will say, she’s a woman, she’s coming out, she’s going to eat her money, she’s not going to work hard, she going to spend it because everybody knows I like to dress up, I like good things.
“So, they all had that in mind. Oh she’s gonna squander the money, she’s going to throw it around, she’s going to party.
“But as God may have it, that’s why I always use God, so as God may have it, that money is somewhere and it’s bigger than what it was before.
“And the bank is proud of me. It’s a new bank they created for me to fill in that money. Right now, Heritage Bank is proud of me. From what was there before and what is there right now, I know they must be really proud of me, yeah”
