Ex-DG Nigeria Film and Video Censors board, Emeka Mba reacts to calls for Nigerians to boycott Netflix over gay Jesus movie
Emeka Mba, former Director General of the Nigeria Film and Video Censors Board, has weighed in on the calls for Nigerians to boycott Netflix for showing a movie that depicts Jesus as a gay man.
Apostle Suleiman and Reno Omokri have made strong calls for Nigerians to delete their Netflix app and cancel their subscriptions.
In Mba's opinion, the airing of a gay movie isn't enough to boycott the global movie streaming service because it can be ignored as it is not a scheduled broadcast and there are thousands of other movies to choose from on Netflix.
