CONCOCTION PALM OIL RICE

This na correct palm oil rice wey go cost shinkini money to arrange if your budget tight. Some people dey even call this kind rice MTN rice becos of the bright yellow color. the taste make sense and na just 8 ingredients you go need to cook am.
You fit cook am with plenty assorted fresh pepper or make you just do am normal. plenty protein dey give am correct taste sha.
INGREDIENTS:
3 cups rice
1 medium sized red onion
1 cup palm oil
1/4 cup ground fresh peppers
1 large sized fish. I used titus (Mackerel)
Salt to taste
2 seasoning cubes
Water
HOW TO COOK AM:
1. fry the onion, fish, pepper and one seasoning cube for palm oil. LOW THE HEAT AND ALLOW AM DON FOR ABOUT 10 MINUTES.
2. PUT water and the rice, make the water cover the rice. Ad the last seasoning cube, check if the salt reach then cover am make e boil. when you notice say e don dey boil, reduce the heat and leave am make e cook slowly for the low heat.
3. If water begin to dry up before rice soft, you fit add more water, check the salt if e reach and continue cooking till rice soft.
4. Comot am for fire and begin serve.
