8,000 health workers have been infected with COVID-19 in Africa — WHO

The World Health Organisation (WHO) has disclosed that over 8,000 health workers have been infected with novel Coronavirus disease (COVID-19) in Africa.
The international health agency made the announcement in a tweet shared on its official Twitter handle.
