TRAVEL ADVISORY ON THE PARTIAL CLOSURE FOR REPAIRS OF THE FESTAC LINK BRIDGE FROM MONDAY,AUGUST 6, -MONDAY, OCTOBER 15, 2018.
There will be a partial closure of the afore-stated bridge to enable MESSRS CCECC put finishing touches on the repair work.
Consequently, motorists are advised to make use of the following routes:
1) Motorists coming out of Festac from 1st Avenue,2nd Avenue,11th Avenue and 21 Road can make use of the link bridge to connect Apple-junction,
2) Motorists going into Festac from Oshodi, Cele, Ago Palace Way and Second Rainbow to link Durbar Road enroute Mazamaza Bridge to Festac 1st Gate OR
3.) Motorists coming from Oshodi and Cele can make use of Mile2, to connect Festac through Mazamaza Bridge-Festac 1st Gate.
NOTE: LASTMA Personnel shall be at all strategic points and junctions to control and manage traffic in order to reduce travel time and delays.
So, motorists should please cooperate with personnel on ground, and comply with traffic rules and regulations during the excercise and at all times.
