In the upper echelon of Haute Horlogerie, many designs are both functional timepieces and miniature sculptures. Perhaps no other brand embodies this luxurious, three-dimensional design philosophy more thoroughly than Jacob & Co. luxury watch for sale , especially through its extensive astronomy series. Like previous models in the collection, the 18K rose gold skeletonized case of the Jacob & Co. Astronomia Maestro Worldtime is designed to reveal as much of the movement's complications as possible. To this end, the massive frame, 50 mm wide and 26 mm thick, is arranged primarily as a cylindrical sapphire box with a gold structural chassis. While the proportions and material play make the case its own visual spectacle, the visual focus remains on the movement and dial in the original image. Despite its massive proportions, the actual lines of the case are simple and basic, with clean vertical case sides and sharply sloping, curved, skeletonized lugs. Strictly speaking, the openworked dial of the Jacob & Co. Astronomia Maestro Worldtime cheap watches for men takes up only a small fraction of the visual space beneath the domed sapphire crystal. To balance this new signature complication, Jacob & Co. outfitted a highly detailed model of the orbiting astronaut in hand-painted German silver.
