UV aging tester with internal light condensation system
UV aging tester is a kind of light aging test device, mainly used for the testing of coatings, cloth, plastics and other products.

Under the lighting condition, the temperature inside the box is generally set within 65℃, and the light time, spraying time and total test time can be set according to the product standard.
It should be noted that the life of the UV lamp is usually about 600h, when the service life reaches two-thirds of the total life, the lamp should be replaced, because the wavelength of the UV lamp has been decayed after a long time use, can not reach the standard test wavelength.
In addition, some customers will be entangled in the light temperature table and condensation temperature table of two instruments why the thermometer can not be displayed at the same time, the display is different? Since one temperature indicates the daytime test temperature and the other indicates the nighttime temperature, the two temperatures are displayed alternately according to the test setup time since daytime and nighttime cannot exist at the same time.
Then we come to the condensation system, condensation system is to simulate the corrosion aging phenomenon of dew adhering to the product surface at night when the light fails. It can also be used in conjunction with the spray system to simulate the test conditions at night when it rains. Condensation and spraying system is through the float in the box and the two pumps in the tank to control its water intake. Make sure the equipment has enough water when testing water. Usually the condensing temperature is set within 50℃~55℃, users can of course set it according to their own product standards.
