Armed Robbers Who Killed Two POS Agents In Aba Arrested (Photos) - Edoman - 03-10-2021 ABIA: POLICE NABBED ARMED ROBBERS THAT KILLED TWO POS AGENT IN ABA. The armed men that robbed and killed POS agents, Victor Chimaobi Igbokwe and Ezinne Grace Iroh in Aba, Abia State has been arrested. The names of armed robbers are Ralph Godwin(Leader) hail from Kogi state, Chibuike Samuel from Mbaise Imo State. Godwill Kalu from Ohafia and Uzoma Samuel from Obingwa in Abia State. According to AFnews, their arrest was lead when they slotted the victim's sim card to phone in a bid to run mobile transaction on her bank account. They were tracked and apprehended respectively. https://m.facebook.com/story.php?story_fbid=1708453529324749&id=454791201357661 RE: Armed Robbers Who Killed Two POS Agents In Aba Arrested (Photos) - Edoman - 03-12-2021 Abia Poly student, 5 others arrested over killing of 2 POS operators in Aba (photos) A 25-year-old student of Abia State Polytechnic identified as Uzoma Samuel and five other suspects have been arrested for the murder of two Point of Sale (POS) operators in Aba.   LIB reported that Ezinne Grace Iroh, 23, from Ohafia LGA, died on January 30, 2021, after she was shot by armed robbers at Ukaegbu Road, in Ogbor Hill area of Aba.      Dr. Godwin Chimaobi Victor Igbokwe, a native of Isuikwuato LGA and a former staff of a popular commercial bank was killed few days before Grace. It was gathered that four armed men came on a tricycle and moved to Igbokwe’s POS shop, shot him, collected his money and fled. He was rushed to a hospital where he was confirmed dead by a doctor.      Other members of the gang arrested by the Inspector General of Police Rapid Response Team (IRT) attached to the Aba Area Command are Godwin Apeh (32), from Olamaboro LGA, Kogi State; Sunday Chibuike (22), from Ezinifite Mbaise LGA of Imo State; Godswill Kalu (23), from Ohafia LGA of Abia State; Chibuzor Gabriel (21) from Oshiri LGA of Ebonyi State and Abraham Thompson (27), an Indigene of Oron LGA in Akwa Ibom State.   Thompson was an operator of a commercial tricycle with Registration number Abia EZA 326 WZ, who provided his keke and served as the driver of the gang during their various operations.      The Abia Poly student   Samuel, the gang leader and the other five arrested suspects confessed being behind the death of the two POS operators.    According to the gang leader, their aim was just to rob the victims, but that circumstances which he didn’t disclose led the operations to turn bloody.   Some of the items recovered from the suspects who are all said to be members of the Supreme Vikings Confraternity, include one Pump Action gun, one AK47 riffle, two locally made pistols, some yet-to-be expended live ammunition.
