The Housing Scheme consists of 84 Home Units on a land expanse of 1.8 Hectares consisting of:

- 7 Blocks of Home Units

- Each block has 12 Home Units

- 28 Units of 1-bedroom flat

- 28 Units of 2-bedroom flats

- 28 Units of 3-bedroom flats

The Project Infrastructure:
- Good Road Network
- Central Sewage Treatment Plant
- Car Parks
- Water Reticulation Plant
- Street Lights
- Basketball Court
- Block of Shops
- Open Space for Community Activities
- Open Space for Landscaping

Governor @jidesanwoolu says Government is a continuum ... and this project is now completed and delivered to Lagosians for usage and the promise of completing projects is being fulfilled.

[3D Pictures]: The project will be a dual carriageway with a Right of Way (RoW) width of 22m, with a Pedestrian Walkway, Streetlights, Traffic System Management. The hospital road connects Idale, Topo, Ajido, Akarakunmoh communities to Lagos-Badagry Expressway.


The road strategically services several Tourism sites in the Badagry Marina like: Agiya Tree Monument, First Storey Building and Early Missionary Cemetery, Slave Trade Relics/Point of No Return, Heritage Museum, Eko Theatre .. Etc.
