A Niger State news portal on Monday posted photo of a dilapidated structure, claiming that it is a hospital in Dusai Town, Mariga local government area of Niger State, where people go to receive medical treatment.
 
The caption reads: 
 
'The Health of the poor in Nigeria: This is the hospital of dusai town that is in mariga local government in neja state, even the damage of this hospital in this hospital, the people of the town and the villages around them are coming to check their health
 
The people of dusai have called the government of neja state, and the local government of mariga and the hospital to get a good environment, how to look at the sick.
