Eziobe Traditional Council Donates Two Million Naira To Ize-Iyamu - Edoman - 09-10-2020 The Eziobe Traditional Council of Igarra in Akoko Edo Local Government Area of Edo State has donated the sum of two million Naira to the governorship candidate of the All Progressives Congress, APC, Osagie Ize-Iyamu, as part of their support for the APC candidate’s Victory. Ize-Iyamu, while receiving the gift, said he will apply the principle of egalitarianism in the distribution of development across the state. Presenting the cheque on behalf of the Eziobe Traditional Council to recipient Ize-Iyamu in his private residence in Benin City, the Atta Igu of Igarra, Chief Augustin Ileya Afekhai, said they were encouraged to support the APC candidate because they believed he would fulfil his electioneering promises. In another development, the APC Governorship ward to ward campaign has visited the different wards in Uhunmwode Local Government Area in Edo South Senatorial District to solicit the support of the people and reassure them of keeping the promises made in the simple agenda manifesto.
