My deputy was a wrong choice – Governor Akeredolu - Edoman - 07-19-2020 My deputy was a wrong choice – Governor Akeredolu Governor Oluwarotimi Akeredolu of Ondo State has described his deputy, Agboola Ajayi as a wrong choice.    Speaking at Igbekebo, headquarters of Ese-Odo local government during his “meet the delegates” tour ahead of next Monday primary election of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Akeredolu said that his deputy who recently defected to the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) showed his ''true colour'' at the right time.    The Governor who urged the people not to be bothered about Ajayi's exit, described his exit from the party as a 'cleansing for better performance.'
