The panel headed by Justice Idris which commenced sitting by 4:00pm on Monday, in a unanimous decision agreed with the appellant that the suspension was unlawful. Consequent upon this ruling vacating the FCT High court order, Comr. Oshiomhole remains the authentic, legal and solid National Chairman of the APC and any purported NEC Meeting planned to be held tomorrow by some suspected anti-party members is automatically unknown to law and contemptuous if they insist otherwise due to their professional career in ignorance.
