CREAMY TRI-COLOUR PASTA - Gimbiya - 02-08-2018

I always notice this beautiful pasta at the supermarket whenever i go shopping and i decided to buy it and make something yummy other than salad out of it and that i sure did...Wink

Ingredients
  • tri-colour pasta
  • carrots diced
  • red bell pepper diced
  • yellow bell pepper diced
  • green pepper diced
  • onions diced
  • garlic
  • mushroom diced
  • cream
  • parmesan cheese
  • worcestershire sauce
  • cayenne pepper
  • meat stock
  • olive oil
  • butter
  • salt
  • italian spices
  • tomatoes paste

Lets Cook
1. Boil the pasta when cooked drain and set aside.
2. Heat a pan with olive oil and butter. When hot add the onion and garlic. Add the mushroom, carrots, yellow, green and red pepper. Stir for about 3 minutes.
3. Add the worcestershire sauce, cayenne pepper, tomatoes about 2 TBS and salt. Pour in the meat stock and italian spices. Stir for another 3 minutes, taste and adjust seasoning.
4. Pour in the cream and parmesan cheese. Add the pasta and stir until cheese has melted.
5. Serve immediately and enjoy...Cheers
