Foursquare Church Suspends Boniface Igbeneghu Over Sex For Marks Scandal - Edoman - 10-07-2019 Foursquare Gospel Church has suspended its pastor, Dr. Igbeneghu Boniface, indicted in sex-for-grades, from ministerial works with immediate effect. Dr Boniface, a lecturer at the University of Lagos, was exposed in a documentary ran by BBC Africa, Monday, Oct. 7. In a statement obtained by Campus Gist Monday afternoon, the church dissociated itself totally from the act of the said pastor cum lecturer. The statement which was signed by the church’s national secretary, Rev lkechukwu Ugbaja, said investigation into the act had begun, promising to sanction the pastor if found wanting. Boniface came under attack on social media as social media users flocked his facebook timeline using all sorts of language against him.A close family friend has confirmed that the lecturer was admitted to the hospital after he drank rat poison in an attempt to kill himself.
