Car snatching ring leader arrested in Lagos (photos) - Edoman - 08-12-2019 Car snatching ring leader arrested in Lagos (photos)   Men of the Anti Crime Patrol Team from Satellite Police Station in Lagos state on August 9th, foiled an attempt by a car snatching syndicate to steal a Peugeot 307 salon car at Mosalachi area, along Lagos /Badagry expressway, Mile 2.   A statement from the state police command spokesperson, Bala Elkana, said one Francis Abubakar who is the ring leader of the gang was arrested.   One locally made shotgun was recovered from  the suspect. Also recovered from the suspect is a Peugeot 307 which has since been handed over to the owner. Bala says the police is on the trail of the other suspects. by Lin
