Soldier, Vigilante & Herdsmen Informant Shot Dead In Kaduna (Graphic Photos) - Edoman - 08-05-2019 The peace of Ninzo chiefdom was eroded last night when a camp of herdsmen was discovered by a local fisherman in Randa community of Ninzo chiefdom in Sanga Local Government Area of Kaduna state.  A fisherman went out to do his normal fishing in the evening of Sunday 5-8-19, while fishing, he got to a particular river bank Ajiji Nyi in the thick of the bush. He sighted a group of strange people in their numbers camped around the river bank. On sighting them, the fisherman went back home to inform people at home. The local vigilante immediately mobilised and went to the bush to confront the strange people. Before the JTF in Gwantu could arrive Randa, there was already exchange of gunshots between the local vigilante and the herdsmen.During the process,a soldier and local vigilante member were shot dead. An informant of the herdsmen( an indigene) was also shot dead by the troops.Their bodies were recovered this afternoon. Women and children ran to other communities for safety.
