Man Jailed For Sending Pornographic Pictures To His 'victims' - Edoman - 07-05-2019 A man named Ahmed Oladimeji, has been sentenced to four months imprisonment by the Federal High Court in Abuokuta, Ogun State for sending pornographic and indecent pictures via a computer. Oladimeji was found guilty of a one-count amended charge that bordered on sending pornographic and indecent pictures through a computer system. He pleaded guilty to the offence which is contrary to Section 24 (1)(a) of the Cybercrimes (Prohibition, Prevention Etc) Act, 2015, and punishable under Section 24(1)(b) of the Act. His plea was a sequel to the plea bargain arrangement he reached with the Commission through his lawyer, which informed the amended charge he was convicted of on Thursday.
