Okorocha receives his Certificate of Return from INEC - Edoman - 06-12-2019 Breaking: Okorocha receives his Certificate of Return from INEC [img]https://pbs.twimg%20alt%3D%27breaking:%20okorocha%20receives%20his%20certificate%20of%20return%20from%20inec%27%20class%3D%27img-responsive%20text-center%27%20style%3D%27margin:%20auto;'.com/media/D8zXwPvX4AAYoLC.jpg[/img] The Independent National Electoral Commission INEC has finally issued former Imo state governor, Rochas Okorocha, a certificate of return for winning the February 23rd Senatorial election in Imo West.   Okorocha was declared the winner of the February 23rd election but the returning officer, Innocent Ibeabuchi, said he was forced to make the declaration. The Certificate of Return was then withheld by INEC.   Two court judgements barred the electoral body from issuing the Certificate. Justice Abang of the Federal High Court Abuja however ordered the commission to issue Okorocha the certificate immediately.   Well, INEC this evening obeyed the judgement and has issued him the certificate.
