Breaking: Oyetola defeats Adeleke at Appeal Court - Edoman - 05-09-2019 Breaking: Oyetola defeats Adeleke at Appeal Court The Appeal Court sitting in Osun state has ruled in favor of Osun state Governor, Gboyega Oyetola, in the Osun 2018 governorship elections. The election petition tribunal had earlier ruled in favor of Senator Ademola Adeleke.    Adeleke who contested on the platform of the PDP, is challenging the emergence of Oyetola as the winner of the state governorship election conducted in September last year.    by Linda Ikeji RE: Breaking: Oyetola defeats Adeleke at Appeal Court - Edoman - 05-09-2019 We Will Appeal Judgement On Oyetola’s Victory - PDP The chairman, Osun State chapter of the Peoples Democratic Party, Mr Soji Adagunodo, has said the party would appeal the judgement of the Appeal panel that upheld the victory of Mr. Gboyega Oyetola of the All Progressives Congress in the last September election. Adagunodo, in a telephone chat with our correspondent, said the panel relied on a technicality in giving its decision. “Technicality was what Wole Olanipekun laid before the court. There was no argument about the decision of the Tribunal that gave us victory. We will upturn the judgement at the Supreme Court. “It is democracy at play.
