Man Rapes Underage Down Syndrome Victim Returning From Church - Edoman - 03-14-2019 Man Rapes Underage Down Syndrome Victim Returning From Church Thursday, March 14, 2019  NEW                              A man identified as Seyi Ajiboye who raped an underage Down syndrome girl returning from church has been arrested by the police in Ogun State.The 25-year-old suspect who was arrested following a report lodged by the 14-year-old victim, ”accompanied by her parents”. The Ogun State Police Command Public Relations Officer, Abimbola Oyeyemi, who confirmed that the man who raped the down syndrome girl has been arrested, said; “The victim complained that while she was coming from a church service at Oluwalogbon street Abule Ijoko, the suspect who resides in the area lured her into his room, forcefully removed her underwear and had carnal knowledge of her without her consent.” According to Oyeyemi, the suspect ”increased the volume of his radio making it impossible for people around to hear her (victim) screaming”.
