AN IRANIAN woman has gone viral after claiming she’s had 50 surgeries in a bid to look like her idol Angelina Jolie.
Sahar Tabar claims to be one of the Tomb Raider actress’ biggest fans and has said she “would do anything” to emulate her.
The 19-year-old from Tehran underwent 50 surgeries in the space of just a few months, according to Belgian website Sud Info.
This hasn’t been officially confirmed however, so it’s possible her unique looks are the result of careful make up or even prosthetics.
She also reportedly went on a diet to maintain her 40kg weight, which – provided she is over 4.8ft – would classify her as dangerously underweight.
Sahar has amassed more than 308,000 followers on Instagram although many have left unflattering comments on her pictures.
One person simply posted “Zombie” on a recent shot while another said: “Her: Doc make me look like an 8 month old corpse. Doc: Say no more.”

Social media star Sahar Tabar is reportedly on a ventilator after contracting Coronavirus while in prison.
Sahar Tabar real name is Fatemeh Khishvand from Iran, who says he looks like Hollywood actress, Angelina Jolie, was arrested in October on charges including blasphemy, inciting violence, gaining income through inappropriate means and encouraging youths to corruption.
She was detained on the orders of Tehran's guidance court, which deals with 'cultural crimes and social and moral corruption'.
The 22-year-old is said to be seriously ill after she contracted Coronavirus in prison.

The US-based Center For Human Rights In Iran said a judge in the country refused to grant her bail after her lawyers had asked for her to be released amid the country's severe COVID-19 outbreak.
'We find it unacceptable that this young woman has now caught the coronavirus in these circumstances while her detention order has been extended during all this time in jail,' human rights lawyer Payam Derafshan told the organization.
Mr. Derafshan said it had become a 'habit' for the authorities to 'deny everything' after they claimed Sahar had not caught the illness.
'It makes no sense to deny this. The prison director should acknowledge the infection and admit she has been hospitalized,' he said.
He added that Sahar and other inmates who have been put in prison on non-violent charges should also be released because of the outbreak.

Judge Mohammad Moghiseh is reported to have repeatedly denied Sahar's release on bail, even while the country has more than 70,000 coronavirus cases.
The news comes a month after the country freed around 85,000 prisoners in a bid to halt the spread of Coronavirus.
Sahar Tabar shot to prominence on Instagram in 2017 after she reportedly had 50 surgeries to make herself look like Angelina Jolie but she later claimed that most of her look was mostly achieved through make-up and editing.

An Iranian woman and Instagram star who shot to fame in 2017 for posting distorted images of herself where she looked like a ‘Zombie Angelina Jolie,’ has been sentenced to 10-years in an Iranian prison.
Sahar Tabar, 19, whose real name is Fatemeh Khishvand from Tehran used heavy makeup and editing to get the horror look on her face and later gained prominence as the zombie version of American actress Angelina Jolie.

Tabar was charged with corruption of young people and disrespect for the Islamic Republic, according to the Guardian.
She was also charged with blasphemy and inciting violence when she was arrested in October 2019 along with three other Instagram influencers. She was later cleared of those charges with Iranian state TV broadcasting her confession.
In April this year she begged for freedom after contracting coronavirus, but the US-based Centre for Human Rights in Iran said that a request for bail was denied by a judge.
“We find it unacceptable that this young woman has now caught the coronavirus in these circumstances while her detention order has been extended during all this time in jail,” Human rights lawyer Payam Derafshan said.
At one point, Tabar also called on Angelina Jolie to campaign for her release, saying: “The Islamic Republic has a history of tormenting women. We need to be united against this gender apartheid.”

The news of her sentencing was confirmed by Iranian journalist Masih Alinejad. The journalist and activist told Daily Mail that she spoke to Tabar’s lawyer who confirmed that the influencer has been sentenced to 10 years in prison on the past few days for “promoting public corruption.”
Alinejad shared the news on Twitter and wrote, “10 years jail for Iranian Instagrammer who used makeup and Photoshop to become a zombie Angelina Jolie. Sahar Tabar is only 19. Her joke landed her in jail. Her mother cries every day to get her innocent daughter freed. Dear Angelina Jolie! we need your voice here. Help us..”

Iranian 'Zombie Angelina Jolie' is freed on bail just days after being sentenced to 10 years in jail for 'obscenity'

Iranian Instagram star, Sahar Tabar, also known as 'Zombie Angelina Jolie' has been released on bail after she was jailed by the Iranian government last week for 10 years.
According to the Iranian government, she was jailed for 'obscenity and insulting the hijab', according to the Iran Human Rights News Agency.
Tabar was nicknamed Zombie Angelina Jolie due to her heavily-doctored photos of herself which resemble US actress Angelina Jolie.
However, reports emanating from Iran on Thursday, December 17 says she was freed on bail since Sunday after 'massive media pressure' was put on Tehran.
Originally from Tehran, Sahar Tabar, 19, whose real name is Fatemeh Khishvand, was slammed with the following charges:- Blasphemy, inciting violence, gaining income through inappropriate means and encouraging youths to corruption, Tasnim news agency reported at the time.
Announcing Tabar's jail sentence last week, Masih Alinejad wrote online: 'Sahar Tabar is only 19. Her joke landed her in jail.

Ms Alinejad also called on Hollywood actress Angelina Jolie to petition for Tabar's release in a video, adding 'Islamic Republic has a history of tormenting women. We need to be united against this gender apartheid.'
The social media star shot to fame in 2017 after she reportedly had 50 surgeries to make her look like the Oscar-winning actress Ms Jolie.
She later confirmed her look was mostly was achieved through make-up and editing in a pre-trial television interview in which appeared as a 'zombie', with her face mostly blurred out.
Tabar also said that it had been her childhood dream to become famous, and that she had persisted with her efforts to build her Instagram following despite her mother's objections to her dream.
She performed a nose job surgery, had lip fillers and liposuction but before taking photos she always does heavy make-up and editing.
She said: 'This is Photoshop and makeup. Every time I publish a photo, I paint my face in an increasingly funny way. It is a way of expressing yourself, a kind of art. My fans know that this is not my real face.'
She added: 'I did not even think about being like Jolie. Also, I did not want to resemble the cartoon character the Corpse Bride.
'Now I understand that I have something to do with them, but I am a muse myself and remembering someone is not an end in itself.'
