Graphic: Father of INEC staff killed during the elections in Rivers mourns her

A young mother of two identified as Ibisaki Amachree was allegedly shot dead while on a national assignment with INEC during Saturday's presidential and National Assembly elections.
Her father, Sir Daperi Amachree took to Facebook to share photos from the incident scene and also mourn her. He wrote;

Husband of late INEC Adhoc staff, Ibisaki Amachree is seen crying while looking at her corpse.

The mother of two was killed by a stray bullet during Saturday's presidential and National Assembly elections.
