Police Surround INEC Office In Rivers State (Photos) - Edoman - 02-14-2019 @POLITICSNGR Nigerian Policemen have blocked the entrance of the headquarters of the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) in Rivers State. Asides preventing entry into the commission’s state headquarters, a roadblock has also been mounted near the office. It is not yet clear why security operatives are present at the Rivers headquarters.
