Bus Collides With Truck At Niger Bridge In Onitsha. Passengers Dead. Graphic Pix - Edoman - 01-18-2019 A fatal accident happened earlier today at the Niger Bridge in Onitsha, Anambra State. According to reports, the accident was allegedly caused by wrongful overtaking by the bus driver, which led to the vehicle colliding with a truck on the bridge.  Sketchy reports as at press time have it that an unspecified number of bus passengers were killed in the accident including two little children. The other injured victims were rushed to the hospital for treatment.  Emergency officials and security operatives arrived the scene to evacuate the corpses and also control the traffic which built up following the crash.  Road users and motorists couldn't hold their emotion at the accident scene as they broke down in tears.  See more; https://www.nationalhelm.co/2019/01/fatal-accident-at-niger-bridge-in-onitsha-anambra-state.html
