This Egg is Officially More Popular Than Kylie Jenner - Gimbiya - 01-16-2019
Awhile back, Kylie Jenner made news after Travis Scott fertilized her egg with his sperm and the young reality star got pregnant.
Fast forward more than a year and Kylie Jenner is once again in the news due to an egg.
But it's not one that resides in her ovaries.

On Sunday, the Instagram account @world_record_egg posted its one and only photo, sharing with the online universe the picture of a seemingly ordinary egg.
The food item is brown and speckled and, as it turns out, historically belove
Along with the fairly mundane snapshot (below), the holder of the aforementioned account referenced Kylie's first-ever baby photo and urged folks to do everything in their power to out-Like this precious image.
“Let’s set a world record together and get the most liked post on Instagram,” the caption read. “Beating the current world record held by Kylie Jenner (18 million)!”
Prior to this weekend, as cited here, this was the most-Like photograph in the history of social media:

As adorable and special as this picture of Stormi Webster holding her mom's thumb may be, however, it has now been bested!
This Instagram account now boasts over three million followers and proudly claims it has achieved the only goal it set out to accomplish in its bio, announcing to the universe:
“Official world record holders of the most liked picture on Instagram.”
Perhaps most amazingly, the egg depicted below didn't merely inch past Kyle's mark.
It totally smashed it into bits and pieces, like someone stopping on... well... an egg.
As of this writing, the following picture has 24.1 million Likes.

“This is a madness. What a time to be alive,” the egg master, identified as a London native named Taylor Lorenz , wrote, adding the hashtag #EggGang, along with the words:
“It doesn’t end here though, we’re only just getting started.”
And Kylie has taken notice.
In perhaps the funniest thing this typically boring and stoic star has ever done, she filmed a video of herself cracking and egg and included it on her Instagram page as follows:

Pretty great response, right?
We're just sort of scared about what she may do next.
We know how much Kylie and her loved ones care about Internet popularity and setting records.
In just five hours, her latest video has been liked by more than 11 million people -- but that's not even halfway to the egg's 24 million.
It's easy to imagine Jenner getting annoyed at her second-place status and trying to top the egg by just uploading a sex tape with Scott or something.
And we're just hate to see that. She's a mother now.
