Keke NAPEP In Kogi Adorned With Atiku/Obi Banners - Edoman - 01-06-2019 Excitement as Keke NAPEP in Kogi are adorned with Atiku/ Obi Banners. Residents of Kogi State could not hold back their excitement as they woke up to the fact that KEKE riders in the State are happily adorning their rides with Atiku/ Obi Stickers with a promise of lower food prices , lower fuel prices and better life for all Nigerians. The visibly excited residents were shouting 'PDP power'! at the sight of the tricycles. The mounting of the banners which came in three variants including Hausa concided with the mounting of Atiku / Obi billboards at strategic locations within the state.
